Case No. 234 of 2021, for the offences registered under sections 395 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. On 16.10.2021, a container loaded with 86 tires given by the informant got stranded near Belgachia. It appears that subsequently co-accused Pankaj Paswan and other accused persons looted the loaded tires. Pankaj Paswan was arrested and on his confession three tires were recovered. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that co-accused Pankaj Paswan and others have been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S.
