JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation vide Annexure-C dated 14.03.2012, wherein the petitioner requested respondent No.2 to implement the order passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1572/2006 disposed off on 18.10.2010. Despite submitting the representation, respondent No.2 has not passed any order. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if reasonable time is granted to respondent No.2, respondent No.2 would consider the representation vide Annexure-C and pass an appropriate order in terms of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45240 WP No. 44534 of 2015 the order passed in W.A.No.1572/2006 disposed off on 18.10.2010. 4. In view of the above discussion and the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation vide Annexure-C in terms of the order passed in W.A.No.1572/2006 disposed off on 18.10.2010 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. iii.
