At the outset, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that the name of the applicant did not surface during the course of investigation, as such, there is no apprehension of arrest. 4. At this stage, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage. 5.
