The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj to renew the Arms License No. Home/AR/1066/99-JK issued vide File No. Home/AR/124/99 dated 17.05.1999 i.e. (DBBL) 12 Bore Gun No. 12452-98 of the petitioner by issuing Unique Identification Number (UIN) of the aforesaid gun as per the settled law. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a letter dated 22.05.2025 written in this regard before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj is appended along with supplementary affidavit as Annexure-SA-1, photo copy of which is taken on record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the authority concerned within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed within the stipulated period, the authorities concerned will pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
