The Petitioner who is selected as Anganbadi worker, is aggrieved by the notice asking him to clarify her stand upon income certificate questioned in the complaint made by another candidate. 3. Shri Kaushal Kishore Mani, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha submits that petitioner has only be issued with the notice and hence may submit her reply to the notice upon which appropriate order may be passed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage some time may be granted to submit reply which may be considered and disposed of by respondent no. 4 District Program Officer, Muzaffarnagar in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit her reply to show cause notice dated 05.04.2025 within a period of four weeks from today and concerned authority namely respondent no. 4 District Programe Officer, Muzaffarnagar shall dispose of the matter within a further period of six weeks from the production of certified copy of the order in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order.
