The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash impugned order dated 03.05.2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Azamgarh in Crl. Revision No.01 of 2024. 3. On perusal of record, it appears that the revision was preferred by the opposite party no. 2 and revision was allowed and remanded back to SDM with direction to decide 145 Cr.P.C. proceedings after hearing both the parties. The applicant had statutory remedy to file revision against the order impugned dated 03.05.2024 but the applicant has filed instant application. The Court find no illegality in the order. No interference is warranted by this Court. 4. The applicant may avail legal remedy available to him. The application is accordingly, disposed of on the ground of alternative remedy.
