Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to take decision over the report dated 16.10.2014 within stipulated period of time. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to lodge FIR against respondent no.4 for preparing forged documents and using the same to usurp the land of the petitioner. There is no plausible explanation for the petitioner to approach this Court praying for taking decision over the report dated 16.10.2014 after lapse of about 11 years.
