The petitioner, who is complainant made a complaint and on the basis of aforesaid complaint, proceedings were initiated against the Gram Pradhan and final order was passed by the authorities on 06.05.2023. Aggrieved with the aforesaid order, the petitioner has preferred the present petition. 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. 5. It is made clear that no liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition for the same cause of action.
