The present interlocutory application is filed by the applicant to get himself impleaded as party respondent No. 5 in the connected WP(C) No. 6876/2024. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that she has no instruction to object this interlocutory application. 4. Perused the pleadings and also considering the litigational history between the parties, this Court is of the opinion that the present applicant shall be a necessary party for proper determination of the connected writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the present interlocutory application stands allowed impleading the applicant as party respondent No. 5 in the connected WP(C) No. 6876/2024. 6.
