Mr. Suresh Kumar Gupta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, private respondent no.4 has obtained purported 'no objection' and pursuant thereto allotment of dealership from the oil company. Land offered by said respondent is under dispute and suit has been filed in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Mauranipur, District- Jhansi. On private respondent so dealing with the disputed property, his client will suffer prejudice in the suit. He seeks interference on submission that representation dated 30th April, 2025 has been made to the oil company. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and Mr. Pawan Shukla, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of respondent no.3 (the oil company). He submits, the allottee is running the retail outlet set up on the land offered by him. 3. Petitioner has already filed suit. He alleges subject matter of it is the land on which private respondent no.4 is running the retail outlet. On behalf of the oil company clear submission is that the retail outlet is functioning. 4. Petitioner has to find his remedy in the suit. In event he gets judgment in his favour, he will be entitled to execute it. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
