Case No. 122 of 2023 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioners to surrender and seek regular bail before the concerned trial court in the light of the guidelines laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of “Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr.” reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51 as well as the observation made by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of “Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr.” reported in 2024 (9) SCC 198. 3. Considering the said prayer, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
