A.G, Haryana. *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of appropriate directions to Respondents No. 2 to 4 to take stringent legal action and register an FIR against Respondent No. 7 on the basis of the complaint submitted to the Superintendent of Police, Nuh, concerning the exposure of a gang involved in the theft and inter-state transportation of stolen vehicles from Haryana to other parts of the country, particularly Jammu and Kashmir., under vide dated 03.05.2025 (Annexure P-1). Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.4- the Superintendent of Police, Nuh is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 03.05.2025 and 03.01.2025 (Annexures P-1 and P- 2) after giving opportunity of hearing of the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
