2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was runnign brothal house. hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has got nothing to do with the brothal house run by other accused. He further submitted that, A1 in this case was granted bail by the Lower Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that A1 in this case was arrested on 19.10.2024 and thereafter 48 days, she was released on bail. He further submitted that the petitioner along with A1 had taken house of rent and involved in immoral activities and hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
