Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no.3 to conduct the fair investigation in accordance with law and also submitted the police report under Section 193(3) BNSS in accordance with law within stipulated period as granted by this Hon'ble Court in first information report dated 27.03.2025, case crime no. 201 of 2025, Under Sections 333, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 324 (2) B.N.S. Police Station Cantt (Commissionrate Varanasi) District Varanasi. 2. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no. 2 to transfer the investigation to CBCID or any other Investigation Agency regarding the first information report dated 27.03.2025, case crime no. 201 of 2025, Under Sections 333, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 324 (2) B.N.S. Police Station Cantt (Commissionrate Varanasi) District Varanasi. 3. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the applications dated 01.05.2025, 21.05.2025 and 17.05.2025 filed by the petitioner." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge-sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case.
