The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to consider him for the post of Assistant Seed Production Officer with Haryana Seed Development Corporation. 2. The petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Seed Production Officer pursuant to Advertisement No.1/2020 dated 12.02.2020 (Category No.33). The name of petitioner figured in waiting list.
