UNION TERRITORY OF J AND K AND ORS. (REVENUE) ...Respondent(s) Through: CORAM:HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDER 24-03-2025 1. The petitioner is aggrieved of an adjudication dated 10.10.2024 which has gone adverse against him and done by the Additional Commissioner (S) Kashmir, who was approached with a revision petition for assailing mutation No. 2295 dated 26.09.2020 entered with respect to khasra No. 2882/2220 for land measuring 8.17 kanals at Mouza Khanpora. 2. As per the J&K Land Revenue Act, Svt. 1996, the petitioner still has an alternate efficacious remedy of a revision before the Financial Commissioner, (Revenue), UT of J&K and therefore, the writ petition being preferred by the petitioner may be premature exercise on his part, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Financial Commissioner, Revenue, UT of J&K with a revision petition against the impugned order. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above. (RAHUL BHARTI) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 24-03-2025 Mubashir
