Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Herhanj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, section 25(1-A), 25(1-B) a, 26(2), 27 and 35 of Arms Act, section 25(6) and 25(7) of Arms Amendment Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 19.10.2023, Herhanj Police apprehended two persons namely Amresh Oraon and Birbal Oraon from Sikid Forest. On search, firearm was recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that though, petitioners are named in the FI.R, but their name has come in the confession of the apprehended co- accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons Amresh Oraon and Birbal Oraon have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Herhanj P.S.
