Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the appellants is taken on record. Re: CAN 4 of 2025 (Restoration) 2. An application for restoration has been filed on 27.07.2025. The appeal stood dismissed for default on 11.04.2025. The stand taken in the restoration application is that the appeal, remained pending for nearly eight years, thereafter it came up for consideration on 11.04.2025, when the list could not be marked by the office of the learned advocate for the appellants. Subsequently, the petitioners, on coming to know about the dismissal of the appeal, informed the learned advocate, which prompted him to move the application for restoration. 3. The learned advocate for the writ petitioner/respondent objects to restoration of the appeal. 2 4. Considering the averments made in the restoration application and submission advanced by the learned advocate for the appellants, we are inclined to allow the restoration application. 5. The restoration application bearing CAN No. 4 of 2025 is allowed. 6. The appeal is restored to its original file and number. Re: CAN 3 of 2025 (Condonation of delay) 7.
