The petitioners have filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for quashing of order dated 08.01.2020 passed by the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi in connection with SC/ST Case No. 181/2017 arising out of P.S. Case No. 18/2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 5633/2016, whereby and wherein the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi has ordered for issuance of process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. 3. From perusal of the aforesaid order, it appears that without receipt of execution report of non-bailable warrant of arrest, the learned Court has ordered for issuance of process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. which is grossly illegal and against cannons of justice. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, order dated 08.01.2020 passed by the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi in connection with SC/ST Case No. 181/2017 arising out of P.S.
