This appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed against the order and judgment dated 16.05.2025, passed by learned Principal District Judge, Ramban in file No. 01/2024/Civil-Misc titled “Mohd. Irfan Chopan v. Abdul Rashid”, whereby, while disposing the application filed by the respondents, the appellant has been restrained from inferfering with the constructions being raised by the respondents. 2. Mr. Azmatulla Parihar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the parties have amicably settled the dispute, and in view of the settlement, the plaintiffs/respondents herein have already withdrawn the suit filed before the Principal District Judge, Ramban. Copy of the order has been produced by learned counsel appearing for the respondents and same is taken on record. 3.
