Bakal submits that in the order dated 16.10.2025, in paragraph No.2 inadvertently “parties have decided to part” is 2025:BHC-AUG:29917-DB This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 2 Cri.Appln_3847_2025_Speaking typed instead of “parties have rekindled and are cohabiting together”. As well as clause No.2 of operative part to the effect that “under Section 4 punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act” has been remained to be incorporated. 4 Therefore, in the order dated 16.10.2025 in Criminal Application No.3847 of 2025 the words appearing as – “parties have decided to part” in paragraph No.2 be substituted as – “parties have rekindled and are cohabiting together”. As well as in clause No.2 of operative part words - “under Section 4 punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act” be added. 5 As such necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.3847 of 2025.
