Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 80/2024, registered under Section 303 (2) of B.N.S., 2023, later on 317 (2) and 3 (5) of the B.N.S vide order dated 27.07.2024, pending in the Court of Sri Abhishek Prasad, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 8957 of 2024 by order dated 17.10.2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after four months. Between the intervening period of 06/13.07.2024, Hywa of the informant parked near Tata Power Weigh Bridge was stolen away by unknown persons. It appears that on the confession of the petitioner, stolen Hywa was recovered. Learned Lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2024. Offence alleged is triable by a court of Judicial Magistrate. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Prasad, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Govindpur P.S.
