The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the patta originally stood in the name of petitioner, but was subsequently transferred in the name of respondents 4 to 9. Petitioner was not even put on notice before such transfer was effected. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned proceedings suffers gross violation of principles of natural justice. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that notice will be issued to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 to 9 and other interested parties, if any, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing and pass orders afresh. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 to 9. Since, no adverse order being passed, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with. 5.
