1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the judgment dated 19-1-2024 (Annexure-2) passed by Vidyut Upbhokta Shikayat Niwaran Forum, Chaibasa at Jamshedpur passed in Case No.11/2022 whereby and where under learned Vidyut Upbhokta Shikayat Niwaran Forum Chaibasa (to be referred as 'Shikayat Niwaran Forum') has been pleased to dismiss the petitioner's complaint filed for quashing the final bill dated 18.6.2021 and for issuance of revised bill and also to issue No Objection Certificate after payment of the payable amount of Rs.20,29,450/-.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent-JUVNL that there is an alternative provision of appeal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to prefer appeal before appropriate forum.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
