Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. On the basis of instructions received, through which it has been revealed that it is the second marriage of the petitioners in presence of earlier better half. 5. In view of the above, the prayer made in the instant petition cannot be exceeded, since the second marriage is not legalized and as such, petitioners are not entitled to get any relief. 6. In view of the instructions, the present petition stands dismissed.
