Mr. V.S. Rawat, AGA for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant Shyamali Biswas is in judicial custody in FIR No. 166 of 2020, under Sections 302, 120B and 34 IPC, P.S. Transit Camp, District Udham Singh Nagar. She has sought her release on bail. 2. This is second bail application of the applicant. Her first bail application has been rejected by this Court on 19.12.2023. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that applicant is in custody for a long; she was arrested on 20.06.2020; it is more than five years since then; the applicant has not delayed the trial. 5. These factual narrations are admitted by the learned State Counsel. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 2 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
