This writ petition is being disposed of at its inception stage by directing the respondents No. 3 and 4 to release three months’ salary of the petitioner for the period for which he came to serve as contractual lecturer in the Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Khrew Pulwama notwithstanding the Criminal Investigation Department CID’s inputs about the petitioner being involved in FIR No. 05/2023 and FIR No. 249/2023 which are borne out of marital estrangement with his wife making said two FIRs. 2.
