JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 75, 82(1), 82(2), 85, 109, 115, 137(2), 351 of B.N.S. and Section 3 of Domestic Violence Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 is said to have tortured the victim and got married again. The petitioners no.1 and 2 are husband and brother-in-law of the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara /concerned Court below in connection with Gidha P.S.
