SINGH, J ---------------------------------------------- WP(C) No. 13841 of 2025 ---------------------------------------------- Dated this the 03rd day of April, 2025 J U D G M E N T The present writ petition has been filed for the following prayer: (i) “To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other similar writ, order or direction directing the respondent No. 3 to disburse the pensionary benefits including DCRG, commuted value of pension, pay revision arrears, arrears of dearness allowance, and interest accrued thereon forthwith to the petitioner.”
2. The petitioner is a retired employee of the 3rd respondent Municipality. The petitioner retired from the post of sanitation worker upon attaining the age of superannuation on 29.02.2024.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent Municipality submitted that all DCRG of the petitioner, along with statutory interest if any, shall be paid within a period of three months.
2025:KER:30066 WP(C) NO. 13841 OF 2025 3 Considering the stand of the learned counsel representing the respondent Municipality, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent Municipality to pay all post-retirement dues of the petitioner, along with statutory interest if any, within a period of three months from today.
