The petitioner after working as a Headmaster of concerned school, got retired on 30.06.2012. The petitioner has got his retiral benefits and now limited grievance still left is in regard to arrears of salary (since March-1997 to June 2001, October- 2001 to February-2005 and January-2006 to April-2010) and for that concerned B.S.A. has sought information about an order passed under Section 3(3) of Uttar Pradesh Junior High School (payment of salaries of teachers and other employees) Act, 1978. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has not in possession of said document, which could be available either at the Office of B.S.A. or at Office of Committee of Management and petitioner may not put under burden to provide the same. 4. Learned A.C.S.C. for State have no instruction, however, if petitioner communicates to concerned respondent that he does not possess such document then said B.S.A. will try to get it from the Committee of Management. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that in case, petitioner communicates with concerned respondent about inability to submit referred papers, the concerned respondent will communicate and direct to Manager of Committee of Management for procurement of papers and, thereafter grievance of petitioner be considered in accordance with law.
