In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Ms. Rishu Mishra, counsel representing the opposite party has obtained instructions and on the basis of her instructions, states that an order dated 07.05.2025 has been passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Hamirpur deciding the claim of the applicant. The order dated 07.05.2025 has been handed over to the Court and shall form part of the records of the case. It has been stated that the cost imposed through the order dated 10.01.2024 has not yet been paid but shall be paid to the applicant within 24 hours. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been partly complied so far as the decision on the claim of the applicant is concerned and assurance has been given for payment of the cost within 24 hours, no purpose would be served to keep the present contempt application pending. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notices are discharged. In case, the applicant is aggrieved with the order dated 07.05.20252, he has the remedy to challenge it before the appropriate forum. Further, in case, the cost is not paid to the applicant within 24 hours by the opposite party, the applicant may file a recall application for recall of the present order.
