The petitioners purchased the property in 2003 and the prior owner was paying tax. It is submitted that Form 8 enquiry has also been completed, but no action is forthcoming. The petitioners had preferred Ext.P2 complaint before the 2nd respondent and a complaint before the 3rd respondent as evidenced by Ext.P3 receipt. The petitioners seek early disposal of the same. In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the complaint evidenced by Ext.P3, after hearing the petitioners, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy 2025:KER:30315 WP(C) NO. 13838 OF 2025 4 of this judgment. The petitioners shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a certified copy of the judgment before the 3rd respondent for necessary compliance.
