The petitioner is father of the deceased. The Petitioner and his wife are alone the surviving legal heirs of the deceased. 2. The petitioner has been examined as PW1. A perusal of Ex.P5 shows that the petitioner and his wife alone are the surviving legal heirs of the Late Tarun George. A paper publication has been made wherein it is stated that the petitioner alone is the legal heir of late.Tarun George and no objections have been received. 3.
