By order dated 3.5.2025, the petitioner is reinstated and the interregnum period is considered not to be on duty and for that, no benefit shall be paid as per the said order. It is stated by learned advocate Ms. Mamta Vyas, upon instructions, that the respondents would permit the petitioner to join the duty from today. The aforesaid statement is not disputed by learned advocates for the respondents. 2. Learned advocate Ms. Mamta R. Vyas states that as far as the grievance of the petitioner about termination of service is concerned, the same is redressed. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 3.5.2025 which is a separate cause of action qua the petitioner whereby the petitioner's interregnum period is not considered to be on duty and for that no benefits are ordered to be paid to the petitioner. 3. For rest of the grievance of the petitioner other than C/SCA/16921/2024 ORDER DATED: 05/05/2025 the reinstatement, liberty is granted in favour of the petitioner to initiate appropriate action as per law. In view of the fact that the services of the petitioner are reinstated, the present petition would not survive and the same stands disposed of.
