Mr. P Hazarika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. SR Rabha, learned standing counsel for the Soil Conservation Department, on instruction, submits that the documents mentioned in the Annexure 2 i.e. the application filed by the petitioner dated 07.12.2024 are ready and can be delivered to the petitioner once he visits the office of the respondent No. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands closed. However, in the event of non supply of document or any grievance remains, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this court.
