This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.10.2024, in Case Crime No. 361 of 2024, under Section 137(2) BNS, Police Station Sujanganj, District Jaunpur. 3. Learned A.G.A has pointed out that during the course of investigation, Sections 64 B.N.S.,2023 and 3/4 of POCSO Act have been added. 4. On perusal of record, we find that the gravity of offence has been enhanced during the course of investigation. The victim is aged about 14 years. We do not find any good ground to exercise our powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as cognizable offence is clearly made out. 5. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
