Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the amount for which the petitioner was entitled for has already been released and only grievance which survives as of now is for the grant of the interest on the delayed release of the said benefits and the petitioner is also aggrieved against an order re-fixing the salary. Learned counsel further submits that the liberty be given to the petitioner to approach the respondents by filing appropriate representation so as to claim interest on the delayed release of the said pensionary benefits and the respondents be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. 2.
