The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar in Maintenance Case No. 28 of 2023 (Smt. Nitesh and another vs. Sonveer @ Sonu), arising out of an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by which Rs. 8,000/- per month to private opposite party no. 2 and Rs. 2,000/- per month to private opposite party no. 3 has been awarded as interim maintenance. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
