Mr. Ghosal, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors, disputes the contention of Mr. Saha and submits that the matter is pending in the list of the Hon’ble Division Bench, which has the determination to take up the appeal, and he expresses hope that the appeal shall be heard and decided shortly.
