1. Heard Sri Nirbhay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Brijesh Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Brijesh Kr. Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. Nagla Khangar, District Firozabad. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case only to harass him and the present FIR has been lodged after one day of the alleged incident and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Learned counsel for applicant further submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant and only general allegations have been levelled against all the accused persons. It is further submitted that co-accused Brijesh and Ravi have already been granted bail by this Court in Bail Application Nos. 20058 of 2025 and 20352 of 2025, respectively, therefore, applicant is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity with co-accused Brijesh and Ravi. Applicant is having no criminal history to his credit. The applicant is a law abiding citizen and he is languishing in jail since 6.5.2025. In case, he is granted bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and would cooperate in the trial proceedings. 4. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. for the State opposed the prayer for bail, but he could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. Thus, considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the nature of offence, evidence, complicity of accused and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I am of the opinion that the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail. 6.
