Civil Writ Petition No.10623/2016; Ramesh Chand v. Mandir Shri Namdevji Samaj (Cheepa) Trus, to its original number. The S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10623/2016 was dismissed in default on 22.01.2025 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. For the reasons stated & grounds mentioned in the restoration application, this Court is inclined to restore the original proceedings in the aforesaid writ petition. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed and the original proceedings in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10623/2016; [2025:RJ-JP:17672] (2 of 2) [WRES-118/2025] Ramesh Chand v.
