It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, wherein the 3rd respondent is preventing the petitioner from enjoying the disputed land comprised in Survey No. 13/2, 13/4 and 13/1C Kariyalu Village, Chinna salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District. Therefore, this Court is of the view that police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner to access the agricultural land. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he shall approach the civil court. 3.
