Faced with this situation, Mr. Vikas Mangotra, learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the grievance of the petitioner shall stand redressed if the petitioner is permitted to appear before the Court through his counsel and further that the petitioner would appear before the Court in case his personal presence is required. 03.
