Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Ravish Kumar Singh, submits that Sri Ravish Kumar Singh has instructions to press this appeal on behalf of the appellant Vinod Pasi. 3. In such fact, for reason of earlier Capital Case No.10 of 2025 being pending, we permit Sri Ravish Kumar Singh to appear in that case on behalf of the appellant in place of Sri Atul Pandey, learned counsel for the High Court Legal Aid, in that proceeding. 4. In view of above, the present Capital Case Defective No.02 of 2025 is permitted to be withdrawn as similar proceedings instituted earlier, already exists. 5.
