The instant intra - court appeal is directed against order dated 17.05.2025 in Writ-A No.6829 of 2025, by which the writ petition filed by the appellant herein, in an effort to retain the official accommodation contrary to the undertaking given by him in his previous writ petition was dismissed with a cost of Rs.50,000/- 2. Sri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant after seeking instructions states that the petitioner/appellant would vacate the official accommodation positively by 20.07.2025. 3. The appeal accordingly, stands disposed of. 4. In case of failure to vacate the premises by 20.07.2025, the petitioner shall be liable to pay special damages to the State for the entire period he has retained the accommodation illegally, and would also be liable for contempt.
