The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), District Kasganj to add Section 376-D I.P.C. in Case No. 92/2024, titled State v. Aman and Another, alongwith Sections 363, 323, 354, 342, 506 I.P.C. read with Sections 7/8 and 16/17 of POCSO Act arising out of Case Crime No. 333 of 2023, registered at P.S. Sahawar, District Kasganj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant invited attention of the Court to the statement recorded by the Magistrate under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the medical report to make out a case under Section 376-D I.P.C. 4. Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and on examination of the content of the FIR, statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and the medical report, the Court is of the prima facie view that no case for interference is made out. 6.
