02/18.03.2025 Heard the Parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024, for the offence under sections 103(1) B.N.S and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella.
On 24.10.2024, the informant came to know that his brother was shot dead in village Chandrapur.
It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused.
Learned lawyer for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024.
