JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 11.02.2025 Heard the learned counsel Mr. J.H. Saikia appearing for the applicant. This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 6 (six) days in filing the connected revision petition. I have found that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. This Court is of the opinion that going for issuance of notice to the respondents will be waste of time. Accordingly the delay stands condoned. The IA (Crl.) No.109/2025 stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
