Mr. Prince Kumar Srivastava, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has challenged order dated 27th March, 2025 passed by respondent no.3 (the Tehsildar) cancelling her income certificate. The order was passed without hearing his client. Her job is on the line. 2. Mr. Girish Chandra Tripathi, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the certificate was got issued fraudulently. However, he is unable to demonstrate from impugned order, opportunity of hearing was given to petitioner. 3. Impugned order is set aside on restoring the matter of verification regarding petitioner's income certificate to respondent no.3. Said respondent will issue notice to petitioner, who must appear and assist in the verification. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.3. In event said respondent finds reason(s) to cancel the certificate, same must be informed to petitioner. 4. On above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
