Ms.Jyoti Bhatt, learned AGP appearing for the respondent has forwarded a communication dated 9.8.2021 issued by the Special Secretary, Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department, from which it is clear that they have forwarded the files to Finance Department for acceptance of the order, subject to out of the Special Leave Petition. Copy of the communication is taken on record. In view of above fact, she requests for time. 2. On the other hand, Mr.Mehta, learned Senior Advocate opposes the request made by learned AGP. 3. Having heard learned advocates for the parties and considering the fact that the order of which contempt is alleged has been passed way back on 24.1.2018 by learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.6060 of 2011 and allied matters and the same is confirmed by Division Bench by oral judgment dated 5.7.2019 in Letters Patent Appeal No.1291 of 2018 and allied appeals. Therefore, we pass following order. (i) The authority shall comply with the orders of this Court within a period of four weeks herein after, which would be subject to outcome of Special Leave Petition. (ii) The Finance Department is also hereby directed to see that the files forwarded by the present respondent is immediately processed, since the applicants-original petitioners are without fruits of the orders for more than three and a half years.
